Good to be back

Well I've been back in Berlin for a week now and have been averaging about 1k hands/day online since then. I'm up just over 7 stacks, which is alright I suppose. I plan on really putting in a ton of hours in August, all the way up until the end of the month when I plan on going to Barcelona for the EPT Barcelona. The buy-in is pretty steep (€8k) so if I don't qualify for the Main Event then I'm just going to take the week off and use it for pure vacation in Barcelona with some friends.

Last night I went go-karting with a few buddies and to my surprise I wasn't as bad as I thought. I finished either 2nd or 3rd out of 4 in each of the three races but never managed to take down the win. Still, it was a lot more fun than I remembered (last time I raced was 10 years ago) so I definitely can't wait to get a chance to go again.

On another note, I am trying to work my way into the $10/20NL games, the only problem is that there are usually only 1-2 tables running on Celeb. The good news is that there are still plenty of donks from what I've seen so far. For the time being I'll be mixing 5/10 with 10/20 until I am comfortable enough to make the full switch and most likely find a site that spreads enough 10/20 action.
