Off to Petrovice

That was my last day of online poker for July, and it was oh-so stereotypical for the month. 4 tournaments, 4 misses. And so July has now come to an end, and believe me, this is a good thing. July is my first losing month in well over a year (I made my last deposit in February '05), and I just want to get it behind me and move on.

I am setting myself no goals for August, but I obviously have some hopes which you can imagine. No pressure, though. The bridge from July to August is a poker weekend in Petrovice (Czech Republic). I'm driving down there tomorrow (28th) and will stay until late Sunday night (30th). Olli and Rainer are coming as well, it should be a great (and perhaps profitable?) time!

I will try and post some updates while we are down there, but I can't guarantee it because I am not sure what the internet situation will look like. I'll bring my laptop just in case...
