Not a great start

Well that's not exactly what I had in mind to kick off June. I got my ass handed to me in the $2/4 cash games today, losing over $900 in some quite spectacular hands. If it wasn't for the $105+9 Turbo SNGs at Pokerstars, I would be down well over $1k for the day.

Tomorrow Sutti and I are driving to Kiel, to play in the €100+5 NL Tournament being held at Casino Kiel. They will be offering cash games as well, but unfortunately only Fixed Limit Hold'em. One of our forum members "CoWhi" is the floorman for Casino Kiel's poker section, so it should be a good time meeting him as well.

Then on Saturday, it's just a hop-skip-and-a-jump over to Hamburg, where I have tickets for the Eagles concert in the Colorline Arena. Man, I can not wait for it! The Eagles is by far my favorite band, I reserved the tickets back in December '05! Even writing about this concert gets me excited...it's going to be an amazing time.
