Not much poker today

Day 4:
Compared to the last three days I did not play much poker today at all. I played a total of 7 $50+5 SNGs. Here are the results:
1st place- 3 times
Out of the money- 4 times

It was either 1st place or nothing today. That would have left me with a nice profit today, but instead I managed to lose two buy-ins at Shorthanded 1/2NL, costing me a total of $400. I played some full 2/4 ring game to finish off the day, and my total for the day is +$175.40. I'm still on track for my goals, but I really feel that I left a lot of money at the tables today which should belong in my bankroll. I' m hoping to recover that money tomorrow.
